Overview

Document review tool for title and escrow closings. Compares the seven documents in a file against each other and lists every discrepancy and missing document, each anchored to a page and a verbatim quote the code re-checks before any status is set — a quote it can't locate is marked unverified and no comparison uses it. Seven deterministic comparisons, a reviewer approving every item, and a one-page clearance review out the other end. Next.js and Supabase, single tenant.
