Overview

Multi-tenant front-office SaaS for appointment businesses. A Retell voice agent and a Claude SMS agent share one tool registry and one booking engine, so both offer only open times. Double-booking is blocked by Postgres exclusion constraints, and restaurant reservations run through atomic booking functions with table combinations, turn times and kitchen pacing. Answers come from each business's own documents through pgvector search with a similarity threshold. Scheduled n8n jobs send reminders, follow up on no-shows and email a morning digest. Includes per-business row-level security, a unified calls-and-texts inbox, analytics, and a public demo with live phone lines and three fictional businesses.
